Beautiful pets up for adoption at Kempton Park’s SPCA

On approval of the application and pre-home inspection, the balance of the adoption fee is payable.

These are the steps to follow to adopt a pet from the Kempton Park SPCA:

1. Choose an animal and fall in love.

2. Complete the application to adopt the animal. Pay R200 (non-refundable) deposit. You need a copy of your ID and proof of residence (and a letter from your landlord or the body corporate, if applicable).

3. The staff will inspect your application.

4. The adoption process may take up to seven working days to complete, and pre-home inspections are only conducted between 10:00 and 14:00, Monday to Friday.

5. On approval of the application and pre-home inspection, the balance of the adoption fee is payable.

6. The animal will go for sterilisation as soon as there is space at the vet and after approval of the home inspection.

7. Take your fur baby home.

The society reserves the right to reject or refuse the application.

Zola is a loving Jack Russell-cross-Pomeranian adult female looking for the perfect family.

• Dog: R1 300 (includes sterilisation, micro-chip, first vaccination, first de-wormer and tag).

• Cat: R950 (includes sterilisation, first vaccination, first de-wormer and micro-chip is optional).
