The water supply interruption affecting residents in parts of Birch Acres extensions, Kempton Park, is due to a pipe leak.

Technicians are on site carrying out repairs, and the estimated restoration time is 18:00.

Roving water tankers are in the area to temporarily supply customers with water.

The City of Ekurhuleni has apologised to residents for the inconvenience this may cause.
