EMBRACE Race returns to Kempton Park on August 8
Women are especially encouraged to register and get their fitness on track. Gather your friends, sisters, mothers, daughters, or colleagues and enjoy a fun, active morning while investing in your health and wellbeing.
Runners of Hope is inviting residents, families, fitness enthusiasts and community members to take part in the EMBRACE Race on August 8 at Beynon Close, Zuurfontein in Kempton Park.
The event, held in celebration of Women’s Month, will start at 07:00 and aims to promote health, unity and hope while bringing the community together.
Participants can choose between a 10km run, a 5km run or walk, or simply attend to support the initiative.

The EMBRACE Race is focused on encouraging residents to prioritise their health and wellbeing while creating a positive impact within the community.
Women are especially encouraged to participate by gathering friends, sisters, mothers, daughters or colleagues for an active morning celebrating fitness and togetherness.
Registration fees:
• 5km: R150
• 10km: R200
• Temporary licence (10km): R60
Participants will also have the opportunity to compete for prize money:
• 10km winner: R1 500
• 5km winner: R500
