The case against former Kempton Park hairdresser Denise Hattingh, who is accused of murder, resumed in the Kempton Park Regional Court this morning, January 29.

The matter was postponed to March 4 and has now been referred to the National Prosecuting Authority, according to statements.

Hattingh’s attorney had previously requested that the State not pursue charges of premeditated murder, stating that Hattingh intends to plead guilty to killing 29-year-old Markus Greeff on May 15 last year at a property on West Street in Pomona.
