Stolen Nissan NP200 recovered by EMPD task team at Thembisa taxi rank

EMPD Northern Region Task Team officers recovered a stolen white Nissan NP 200 at Esangweni Taxi Rank in Thembisa on August 9.

The officers, doing routine crime prevention duties, received information from a vehicle tracking company about a stolen vehicle taken from Bonaero Park.

Following the lead, they located the abandoned and stripped Nissan NP 200 at the taxi rank.

All relevant role players were summoned to the scene, and the vehicle was taken to the Aeroton Police Pound for further investigation.
