EMPD raises safety awareness at shopping malls in Kempton Park
The purpose of the awareness campaign was to educate shoppers about their safety, and to be on the lookout for scammers, robbers and fraudsters.
EMPD Social Crime Prevention Unit officers conducted a Heritage Month safety through awareness campaign at Glen Ballad Mall and Bonaero Park Shopping Centre in Kempton Park on September 13.

They were cautioned to be on the lookout for scammers, robbers and fraudsters, and also not to leave their belongings unattended. Pamphlets were distributed that talk about safety.
