Six suspects arrested in Putfontein for assault and property damage – EMPD

EMPD Tracing Unit officers tracked and arrested six men linked to separate assault and property damage cases in Putfontein.

EMPD Tracing Unit officers intercepted six males for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH) and malicious damage to property in Putfontein on October 29.

The officers received intel about the men’s whereabouts in the Putfontein area. Following up on the information, they found and arrested the first two men, wanted for an assault GBH case.

Officers later arrested two men for malicious damage to property in a separate incident.

Lastly, two suspects wanted for assault GBH were also traced and arrested.

All six men were detained at the Putfontein Police Station and will soon appear in court.
