Chris Manoka donates 100 shoes to Phomolong Primary School
Manoka has provided shoes to the school for the past four years, totalling an impressive 400 pairs.

Chris Manoka donated 100 pairs of shoes to learners at Phomolong Primary School on October 2.
Motivated by his experience of attending school without proper school shoes, Manoka has provided shoes to the school for the past four years, totalling an impressive 400 pairs.
Manoka was aware that many learners did not have school shoes, and he understood the effect that a seemingly little item could have on a child’s self-esteem and capacity to learn.

“I also attended school without proper shoes. It was difficult. That is why I am giving back now.”
Moved by Manoka’s dedication and compassion, Esme Thompson, in honour of her late husband, contributed to his cause by donating the shoes.
Manoka extended his heartfelt thanks to Thompson, acknowledging the profound impact her support will have on the lives of the learners at Phomolong Primary School.
