Unstable eNatis system disrupts services in Ekurhuleni

The city apologises for the inconvenience caused by the system down time.

Licensing centres across the City of Ekurhuleni are experiencing difficulty when processing vehicle registrations and various licensing claims due to technical glitches with the National Traffic Information System (eNATIS).

CoE spokesperson Zweli Dlamini explained that the problem started late last week.

“eNatis is the competency of the National Department of Transport and its functionality is controlled by that department.

• 09:00 to 15:00 on Wednesdays
