Body of Kaalfontein man found after kidnapped in hijacking

The deliveryman was found murdered on Olifantsfontein Road.

The body of a 43-year-old man, identified as Kwenzakwenkosi Ndlovu from Kaalfontein Ext 23, was recently discovered on the corner of Angola and the R562’s Olifantsfontein roads in Tswelopele, near the Mall of Thembisa.

Ndlovu, a family man and food delivery worker who used a motorbike, was allegedly kidnapped, hijacked, and murdered before his body was dumped at the location.

The incident occurred shortly after he had returned home from work.

His wife recounted their last conversation.

“We spoke during the day about how slow business was because he works as a deliveryman.

“We talked again in the evening. Later, I was alarmed to find his colleague had returned, but he was still not home. The door was open, yet his scooter was missing. I immediately called a friend, but no one had seen him.

“We stayed up all night searching, and though we recovered his bike using a tracker, we could not find him.
