These initiatives aim to help students develop skills that are crucial for academic success and personal growth.
The awards ceremony, attended by school stakeholders and parents, was a short yet memorable event.
Learners were awarded certificates for their dedication, while the top three achievers received medals in recognition of their exceptional performance.
Principal Gabriel Ramarumo expressed immense pride in the learners’ achievements and the collaborative efforts of the school and parents.
“I am proud of the learners and the team behind their success. This accomplishment will go a long way in motivating us to achieve even more.
“It’s all thanks to teamwork, from the school staff to parents who ensured time management and supported their children, especially our Grade Seven learners who are preparing for their next academic journey,” he said.

Mariam Mwanyika, mother of medal winner Nicole Mwanyika, shared her joy at her daughter’s success.
“At first, I didn’t fully understand what she was working on, but I saw her dedication during practice.
“Today, witnessing her hard work pay off and seeing her among the top three winners fills me with pride,” she said.
Zukiswa Peter, manager for Library Information and Education at CoE, highlighted the importance of such events in promoting literacy and learning.
“These competitions encourage learners to engage with writing and reading, using libraries as valuable resources.
While the internet is convenient, we aim to preserve the tradition of researching through books and library materials.
“Today, we saw history being made as learners utilised libraries to achieve their goals, showing us there is still hope for a generation that values books,” she said.
The event left a lasting impression on those in attendance, particularly the proud parents who witnessed their children being celebrated for their literary efforts.
