CoE simplifies facility booking process

The City of Ekurhuleni is committed to providing accessible and well-maintained sports and recreation facilities for its residents.

To ensure the smooth and fair use of these spaces, the city has outlined a straightforward process for booking and utilising its facilities.

Steps for booking a facility:

1. Application submission: Interested parties are required to complete a facility booking form available at their nearest Customer Care Centre or online through the city’s official website.

2. Documentation: Ensure you attach all necessary documentation, including proof of identification and any permits required for the intended activity.

3. Payment: Once the application is approved, payment of the applicable fee must be made at the designated municipal office. A receipt will be issued as proof of booking.

4. Confirmation: Your booking will only be confirmed once all fees are paid, and the city issues a formal confirmation letter or email.
