Eskom announces loadshedding from 17:30
A "temporary setback" has resulted in the implementation of Stage 3 loadshedding from February 22 at 17:30 until further notice. .
After 20 days of uninterrupted electricity supply, Eskom has announced that loadshedding at Stage 3 is back.
In a statement released earlier, the power utility attributed the sudden implementation to “another temporary setback”.
As a result, Stage 3 loadshedding will be implemented from today, February 22 at 17:30 until further notice.
Eskom will give an update on the situation again on Sunday, February 23.
