City launches EMPD festive season campaign in Kempton Park

CoE mayor Alderman Nkosindiphile Xhakaza launched the campaign and also unveiled the EMPD's newly acquired vehicle fleet.

This morning, November 12, the executive mayor of Ekurhuleni, Alderman Nkosindiphile Xhakaza, officially launched the EMPD’s Festive Season Campaign.

He also unveiled the department’s newly acquired vehicle fleet.

The launch aimed to highlight the City’s commitment to enhancing community safety during the festive season through increased law enforcement visibility, targeted crime prevention initiatives, and strengthened road safety operations across Ekurhuleni.
