The City of Ekurhuleni has issued an alert following a widespread power outage currently affecting multiple areas in Kempton Park.

Areas impacted include:
Spartan, Croydon, Cresslawn, Kempton Park West, Kempton Park CBD, Edleen, Terenure, Aston Manor, Bonaero, Norkem Park, Glen Marais, Pomona Estates AH, Birchleigh, Van Riebeeck Park, Birch Acres, Rhodesfield Extension 1, Kempton Park Extensions, Allen Grove, Nimrod Park and surrounding areas.

City officials have confirmed that technical teams are attending to the fault, but no estimated restoration time (ERT) is available at this stage.
