Festival Mall partially reopens following roof damage
All mall entrances and parking areas reopened yesterday, December 3, allowing shoppers access to the centre and some stores.
Festival Mall has announced progress in its recovery efforts following the severe storm on November 30 that caused significant roof damage and led to the temporary closure of the mall.
All mall entrances and parking areas reopened yesterday (December 3), allowing shoppers access to the centre.
In a statement on Facebook, the centre noted that some stores may remain closed due to internal damage sustained during the storm.

“Our team is working closely with electricians to ensure a safe return of power where needed once council mains are restored.
“We will continue to provide daily updates on which stores are trading.”

- Festive Sweets
- The House of Ribs
- Roots Butchery
- Game
- Dis-Chem
