As a result, several flights have been cancelled at major South African airports.

Current flight disruptions:

  • O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB): Eight cancellations (seven outbound and one inbound).

  • Cape Town International Airport (CPT): Four outbound cancellations.

  • King Shaka International Airport (DUR): Two outbound cancellations.

Passengers are strongly advised to contact their respective airlines or relevant embassies directly for the latest updates on flight schedules and travel arrangements.
