Norkem Park police strengthen policing through strict protocols

Norkem Park SAPS continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to effective policing through disciplined station management and strict adherence to established protocols.

The station management, under the leadership of the station commander Colonel MN Maunatlala, ensures that all operational and administrative functions are conducted in line with South African Police Service policies and procedures.

Daily briefing, proper resource allocation, and continuous monitoring of crime trends enable members to respond effectively to incidents within the Norkem Park SAPS precinct.

“By following protocol, the station ensures that cases are handled professionally, victims are treated with dignity, and investigations are conducted thoroughly.”

She further stated that management also emphasised compliance with legislative frameworks and that they understand and execute their duties responsibly.

Regular inspections, performance evaluations, and guidance from senior officers help maintain high standards of discipline and service delivery.
