Call centre is a nightmare

I would like to complain about Ekurhuleni’s complaints call centre.

This apparently is the only channel we can follow when we have problems.

You call and wait on average 30 minutes before getting through. Sometimes just as they pick up, the line drops.

Then you need to phone again and wait again. On some occasions I waited more than an hour with no response and had to hang up. It’s clear that the call centre is inefficient or not capable to handle the call volumes.

And no, don’t expect them to phone you back if they said they would. This never happens.
