While phone rings the water leaks

Discipline seems to be lacking in employees doing their jobs

I would like to add to the call centre is a nightmare complaint.

We have a water leak at our meter on our side. So, as the water leaks, we pay. We called a plumber because we had some work we needed done, including that we had noticed that the area at the water meter was sodden.

The plumber opened up and said they were not allowed to fix the problem because it was at the water meter. He actually noted that on the invoice because he said they always got blamed.

I then tried calling – hours of hearing how important my call was and the most awful music. The next day we tried again with the same result.

Discipline seems to be lacking in employees doing their jobs. My husband then did a web-search, found an email address and logged a call on January 20.
