I travel daily on Pretoria Road from CR Swart Drive towards Elgin Road.
You get five to six taxis at a time overtaking on painted islands and cutting off other motorists.

I then travel on the R24 to the N3. From the Edenvale off-ramp to the N3, taxis speed in the emergency lanes and eventually cut you off to get back into the lanes.
I definitely believe more metro police visibility on Pretoria Road will change this situation and save lives.
