Pensioner’s purse returned

It is good to know that there are still caring and considering people out there.

KOOS SMITH writes:

My wife and I are both pensioners and on Sunday, November 1, I took her to the Clicks at Woodbridge Square to collect her monthly medicine.

When I got out of the car my purse, that was in the door, must have fallen out without me noticing it.

I only became aware of my missing purse when we were at home later and received a phone call from a woman called Maki, who works at a shop in Woodbridge, who told me that the purse was handed to her by a man named Edward.

There was not a lot of money in my purse but my driver’s licence was in there and therefore I am so grateful to these two who saved me time and money by returning my purse.

It is good to know that there are still caring and considerate people out there.
