The operators apparently have a legal right to use water to wash their vehicles. There is no proper tap but rather a connection to seal off the water supply.
More often than not the connection is broken off and the water oozes out indefinitely until someone reports it.
I have no idea how often it is actually reported. I usually report it to the metro via Twitter and the response is good, but it’s quite ridiculous to have to report it every day.
