With regard to the last two weeks of no refuse removal. What action is going to be taken in this regard?
Are residents going to be refunded on their municipal accounts for services not rendered. If any resident does not pay his or her municipal account on time then the municipality stops the usage of electricity to that resident with immediate effect.

So what can we as residents do to be credited on our accounts for no refuse service?
The municipality cannot hold residents responsible for the bad administration in the municipal offices due to broken down refuse trucks or diesel not delivered.
Why, if we as residents, pay our municipal accounts every month, are the municipal trucks not serviced regularly? We can’t be held responsible for this.
May the head of the municipal department please give an explanation on how residents are going to be compensated in this regard.
