What a pleasure to be served by Pleasure

Kempton municipality, you can be proud of these two staff members.

One is quick to point fingers and blame when there is bad service.

I know, because I am one of those people. But, on March 14, my wife and I went to the municipality to consult with someone at the water and lights credit control section, because we had a problem with our account.

We were assisted by a very friendly and efficient young woman by the name of Otsile. She then took us to Mr Pleasure Monyane.

Sorry for the pun, but what a pleasure it was to be served by Mr Pleasure Monyane. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

We left his office as 100 per cent satisfied customers.

Kempton municipality, you can be proud of these two staff members. I am sure that you employ many people like these dedicated two, but we do not know of them.
