Firstly, thank you for an informative local newspaper.
I went to the licensing department after booking online for December 2018.
I was one of the few persons then to have booked online. I was about third in the line and in no time I was done and out.
But the reason why I write this letter is because of the best service I received from Samuel Nkosi and Paul Kgomo at the licensing department when collecting my driver’s licence in the middle of March.
I had a major operation and they noticed I was walking with difficulty and assisted immediately. I was out, licence in hand, after about 15 minutes.
Thank you guys for good and fast service.
I wish I knew who the manager or supervisor is, to make sure he sees the letter in Kempton Express.
