Resident thanks Woodbridge bank after ATM problems

“The transaction went through, but I never received the money.”

HR Coetzee writes:

I would just like to thank Woodbridge FNB for all their help and assistance.

I went to draw money at the ATM, which for some reason took very long to give money. I went to another machine, which gave me the money.

To my surprise, I saw on the slip that the previous transaction did go through, but I never received the money from that withdrawal.

The following day, I went to the branch and they investigated the matter. They did all in their power to assist me. They were very concerned and helped me fill in the forms.

The money reflected in my account the next day.
