FOLLOWING a successful ILFA Super League campaign where Kempton Park Football Club’s senior first team came fourth, a new season is around the corner.
Due to their high finish, Kempton will compete in the ILFA Top 8 competition for the first time ever.
The tournament consists of two groups of four teams each who play each other once with the winners of each group playing a final to establish the overall winners.
The ILFA Super League will start shortly after the top 8 has been concluded. Games will start on February 6.
Kempton Park coaches Jimmy Sey and Sidney Frewen would like to invite all players, past and present, as well as any new players interested in playing football this season to join them in pre-season training starting on January 12 at 7pm.
Training will take place each Tuesday and Thursday as well as on the weekends before the season starts. Training takes place at Kempton Park FC’s grounds on the corner of Green Avenue and Kelvin Road in Cresslawn.
Kempton Park FC will be represented by five senior sides in the forthcoming season; the teams being spread over the ILFA Super League and the ELFA Leagues respectively.
