THE Tennis Circle event hosted by Tennis LabSA on Saturday was a resounding success, with over 50 players across all age groups taking part.
The fast-paced and timed match format proved to be a favourite, with a lot of matches taking place from 11am until 6pm at the tennis courts on Pienaar Avenue.
The results were:
Men’s singles: Winner: Keith Mabuza. Finalist: Prince Motswenyane.
Men’s doubles: Winners: Muzi/Jabulani Phakathi. Finalists: Keith Mabuza/Elliott Skosana.
Women’s intermediate singles: Top finishers: Faith, Beauty, Edith.
Mixed advanced juniors: Winner: Kabelo Tefo. Finalist: Zinhle.
Mixed beginner juniors: Winner: Dylan Kolm. 2. Jaden Groenewald. 3. Werner Bezuidenhout. 4. Siyawazi Tshabalala. 5. Kimberley Hanyire.
