THE junior programme at the Kempton Park-based Tennis LabSA is beginning to bear fruit.
Ten juniors were victorious at the Ding Dong Tennis Tournament, which was held at Benoni Lake on October 8 and 9. For the players this competition followed a two-week junior tennis cup event.
The results were:
U/8 mixed: 1. Karabo Mohale. 2. Kylie du Toit. 3. Derik Neethling. 4. Joey Chonzi. 5. Kabo Moroke.
U/12 girls: 1. Juliette du Toit. 2. Megrain Chonzi. 3. Siyawazi Tshabalala.
U/10 boys: 1. Donovan Vrey.
U/12 mixed: 1. Megan Chonzi.
