KwasaKwasa accumulate 3 points after winning 4-2 against Genius

It was a ‘do or die’ encounter between the two Tembisan senior giants, Genius FC and KwasaKwasa FC, when they played in the Tembisa Masters Social League on Sunday.

KwasaKwasa FC are the 2016 Tembisa Masters Social League (TMSL) champions when they beat all the teams and obtained 67 points. This year the team sits in third place on the TMSL log with 29 points after beating Genius FC 4-2 on Sunday. Genius FC is in second place with 31 points.
It was KwasaKwasa who registered a score first through Sibusiso Vilakazi from a cross.
Genius FC also managed to put up a score through David Tsotetsi after he was awarded a penalty.
The match became even more interesting when the two teams increased momentum in the fight for the lead.
KwasaKwasa managed to score a second goal through their reliable striker, Collen Zimba.
By the end of the first half, the score was standing at 3-1.
Going into the second half, both teams pressed relentlessly and Genius managed to extend their score through Wilfred Mothapo.
Against the run of play KwasaKwasa’s goal scorer, Vilakazi, scored a brace, making the final score 4-2 a clear win in favour of his team.
