Kempton Angling Association’s anglers struggling with fish

ANGLERS of Kempton Park Angling Association had a difficult time pulling out fish at their monthly competition at Heartsease on July 15.

The 34 competitors caught only 92 fish among them with a total weight of 112.435kg.

The results were:

Seniors: 1. Leonard Roberts (8 fish, 15.305kg). 2. Nico Roos (8 fish, 8.525kg). 3. Gian Filliseti (7 fish, 8.635kg).

Masters: 1. Phil Dalby (7 fish, 12.38kg). 2. Italo Filliseti (5 fish, 7.42kg). 3. Chum van Rensburg (2 fish, 9.42kg).

Women: 1. Kerry Dalby (3 fish, 3.585kg). 2. Anita Botes (2 fish, 0.915kg).

Juniors: 1. Lance Sherrin (1 fish, 0.42kg).

Penkoppe: 1. Zander Roberts (2 fish: 1.075kg).

Heaviest bag: Leonard Roberts (15.305kg). Species: Geelvis Nico Roos 1.195kg; Karp Leonard Roberts 5kg.
