Boxing club is looking for new members

The club trains at Kempton Park Indoor Sports Centre.

Kempton Park Boxing Club is one of the oldest boxing clubs in South Africa.

Established in the 1950s, the club has over the years produced many South African champions and boxers that have represented the national team in international championships such as the Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games Continental championships.

Amateur boxing is an individual sport where a lot of self-motivation and self-belief can be built up and it is a sport that has many rules and regulations that looks after the safety of the boxer.

The boxing club has reopened for the 2018 boxing year and is looking for young boys, girls, men and women who would be interested in participating in boxing competitions, to register at the club to be coached by one of the most experienced coaches in South Africa.

The club trains at Kempton Park Indoor Sports Centre on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 8pm.
