Powerico Winter Games finals to be played on Saturday

Sunday was the last day of the Powerico Winter Games semi-finals in Esiqongweni.

Games organiser Jay Jay said the first game was between Amablesser and GSS where GSS won on penalties.

“The second game was between The Rock and Sghodi and the Rock won 6-2.

The final will see GSS lock horns with The Rock in a contest for R110 000,” said Jay Jay.

The Powerico Winter Games’ final matches will be played on Saturday at Mehlareng Stadium.

The fixtures for the day are:.

Exhibition match u-15 boys at 9.30am

Masters final SAPS vs Winnie Masters 10.30am

Third place play-off Amableser vs Sghodi 12pm

Main final GSS vs The Rock 2.30pm

Prize-giving/medal presentations 4.30pm to 5pm

Jay Jay said entrance to the stadium is free and everyone is invited to witness the prestigious event.
