Kempton Premier XI stays unbeaten
Kempton will tackle Alberton at Barnard Stadium on Sunday.

Kempton Park Cricket Club’s Premier XI remained unbeaten this season with a convincing eight-wicket victory over Tembisa at Willowmoore Park on Sunday.
New signing and captain Neels Bergh won the toss and sent Tembisa in to bat first, which proved to have been a great decision.
A star-studded Kempton bowling line-up dismissed Tembisa for 118 in 25.2, with Bergh doing the damage with 4/25.
Kempton chased down the score in the 15th over with only two wickets down. Easterns Stalwart Jurie Snyman top scored with 51*.

The premier reserve side also remained unbeaten as they cruised to a 199-run victory over Tembisa on Sunday.
Kempton won the toss and elected to bat in very batting-friendly conditions. The batsmen hammered the Tembisa bowling attack to all parts of the ground as they amassed a massive 423/3 in their allotted 50 overs.
Openers Brett luck (177) and Quinton Olivier (77) shared in an opening stand of 203 runs, their third opening partnership of 100 or more in three games.
This paved the way for veteran Johan Fourie as he blitzed and unbeaten 109* off just 36 balls.
Kempton then restricted Tembisa to 233/9 in their 50 overs. Olivier contributed with the ball with his 4/30 in his 10 overs, while opening bowler and new signing Ruan Janse van Rensburg returned figures of 4/54 in 10 overs.
The director’s team suffered their first defeat of the season as they went down by 21 runs to Bedfordview.
Bedfordview batted first and scored 270 all out. Justin Bennett (4/33) and Adrian Griesel (3/50) starred with the ball.
Kempton fell short by 21 runs after they were dismissed for 249 in 41 overs. Milen Gogov (64) and Dean Holtman (34*) top scored with the bat.
