Kempton Park Bowling Club wins gold at district tournament

The men’s trips team claimed top honours, while the ladies secured bronze at the Ekurhuleni District Bowling Tournament.

Kempton Park Bowling Club recently celebrated another great achievement at the Ekurhuleni District Bowling Tournament.

The club’s men’s trips team won the gold medal after playing excellent bowls over two weekends. They won their first match and went on to win all their remaining rounds to reach the final.

The final match was played at Kempton Park, where they beat their opponents 20–15 to claim the gold medal.

The club’s ladies’ team also performed very well during the tournament. They reached the semi-finals and won the bronze medal.
