The letter, “Dog left in hot car” refers.

We help the SPCA voluntary. We are animal activists so if we see something wrong we will intervene for the welfare of animals, especially at this time of year.

Seeing this letter regarding the dog in the car with no window open shocked our small team.

We had an incident where a small dog was left well over an hour in 31 degrees under a tree tied to a trolley. Apparently the car guard was paid to look after the dog.

We went to have lunch and was approached by two people asking us if we could do something. After our lunch the dog was still there, no water, no food and no so called guard.

This little doggy was in good condition, panting with no-one around. It could even have been ridden over.

We took it and sent it to the SPCA. Like the anonymous reader said, they are your children, how can you do this. I agree.

It’s getting to festive season time and we need concerned citizens that will help.
