Naturena FC’s reliable midfielder, Jacky Mokgokong, scored two goals in the match against Yiso Yiso FC, to secure a victory for his team.

The game was played at the Mahlangu Sports Grounds on Sunday.

Naturena FC were optimistic going into the game, scoring eight minutes into the game through a tap-in by midfielder, Makgokong.

Both teams attacked from the first whistle and eventually Yiso Yiso’s striker, Emmanuel Hans, scored an equaliser, bringing the score to 1-1.

Naturena FC’s striker, Thabang Ngwasheng, scored his team’s second goal with a long-range shot from the centre.

The score was 2-1 at the end of the first half.

In the second half, Yiso Yiso FC’s defence was poor and Naturena FC’s players took advantage of this. Makgokong scored a second goal, cementing the lead for his team.

Naturena FC’s defence, on the other hand, was rock-solid and Yiso Yiso FC’s attempts at goal were fruitless. The final score was 3-1, in Naturena FC’s favour.

Naturena FC’s coach, Lucky Mokgokong, said he was impressed with the performance of his players.

“I am excited because we won the game fair and square. Today, my players played exactly how I coach them. We have lost so many previous games because there was no team spirit. This win should bring us more luck for our next games,” said the coach.
