Time runs out to enter race

TIME is running out to enter the Caxton Reynolds Race where an all-expenses paid trip to Zanzibar for two, courtesy of the SA Reynolds Travel Centre, is up for grabs.
The Caxton Reynolds Race is based on the same principles as the reality TV show, The Amazing Race. Eight teams from around the east and south of Johannesburg will be chosen to complete a number of tasks between Fridays and Saturdays.
Tasks may vary from finding clues or completing physical races, to constructing objects that reveal the next task. On completion the team will have to submit their answers via email. A points system will be used to monitor the teams’ performances.
The first team to finish a task within the given time walks away with bragging rights and top points that will be added to their overall score. The three teams with the most points by the end of the seventh week will go into the finals on August 2.
The closing date to enter is noon on May 27. Entry forms can be downloaded here or collected from Kempton Express’ front office, 30 Voortrekker Road.
Downloaded forms must be emailed to Reynoldsrace2014@gmail.com and those collected from the front office can be dropped off at the office. All contestants need to be 18 years or older to participate and need to have a passport.
Everyone who wants to enter is urged to read the rules and regulations and the terms and conditions before entering. These too can be obtained from our front office or online. If you do not follow the rules and regulations you will be disqualified.
