La Grange will sign books at Evita shows

EVITA Bezuidenhout and Zelda la Grange will top the bill at the Theatre of Marcellus on Woman’s Day.

Pieter-Dirk Uys will present EVITA & CO for two days only, with three exclusive performances – 5pm and 8pm on Saturday, August 9 and 3pm on Sunday, August 10.

The Company that Evita brings with her remarkable life will include her family, Pik Botha, PW Botha, Hendrik Verwoerd, Connie Mulder and Piet Koornhof on the old NP side and Nelson Mandela, Winnie Mandela, Patricia de Lille, Cyril Ramaphosa, Julius Malema and Helen Suzman in the democratic side of our eternal struggle.

With humour as his weapon of mass distraction, Uys will also include Mrs Anna Petersen, who worked for Mrs B during the 1960s, as well as Bambi Kellermann, Angela Merkel and Nowell Fine.

Zelda will autograph copies of her book after the Saturday shows and Evita will pose for special selfies after the show on Sunday.
