Battle of the Sexes at Barnyard Theatre

The challenge is on as male rock stars take on the divas in a rock and roll show down in The Battle of the Sexes at The Barnyard Theatre at Emperors Palace.
Until the 1990s few women claimed the rock and roll stage and only a handful of rock divas such as Cyndi Lauper, Janet Jackson, Shania Twain and Cher took to the stage. Watch these divas take on the likes of rock band Def Leppard and superstars Prince and Billy Ocean and more to fight to win over audiences and critics.
In the ultimate icon challenge we see Annie Lennox, Madonna and Tina Turner making a stand against the likes of Elton John, Bon Jovi and Freddie Mercury – followed by more recent icons such as Lady Gaga, Pink and Katy Perry taking on Bruno Mars and Robin Thicke.
It’s all non-stop action but the power and sentiment of the reveal a softer, more intimate side of the show.
Battle of the Sexes features an 11-piece cast of singers, musicians and dancers who perform a fun, slick and energetic show.
The show will run from September 2 to October 12.
Show times are Tuesday to Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2pm.
