Christmas market to create platform for small business
The market will be open from December 3 to 7
IN the true spirit of Christmas, Montecasino has created the Montecasino Christmas Market, taking place from December 3 to 7.
The market will create a platform for individuals and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to showcase their businesses and goods, targeting a market they otherwise would not have been able to reach and in this way growing their businesses just before the festive season.
Montecasino has offered 46 exhibitors, who were selected from over 250 hopeful applicants, the chance to sell their Christmas goods free of charge at the Montecasino Christmas Market, giving them the chance to capitalise on plus minus 30 000 people who come through its doors each day.
The christmas market will be a way for these exhibitors to learn from the entertainment giant’s business model while increasing their festive season sales and helping those in need.
The 46 exhibitors will be producing and selling these items among others: chocolates made and packaged by special needs and autistic children; Christmas decorations made by orphaned and vulnerable children; costume outfits for children; Beadwork ornaments and decorations.
