The bitches are back at Carnival City

Whacked has assembled a team of brilliant women to produce and promote the show

Carnival City’s Big Top Arena will reverberate with the roar of unbridled laughter on February 26 and 27 when an all girl cast of outrageous comedians takes to the stage for Bitches be Back.

Stomping their way through a traditionally male dominated terrain for the much anticipated sequel to the hit 2013 comedy show, Bitches are Tumi Morake, Celeste Ntuli, Noko Moswete, Nina Hastie and explosive newcomer Tenjiwe Moseley.

The show, produced once again by top comedy producer, Whacked Special Project, promises to kick 2016 right in the testosterone with the refreshed cast and new material. Tickets to the shows are on sale at Computicket.

Hosted by Anele Mdoda, Bitches be Back will feature a special showstopper performance by Dream Girl Tracey-Lee Oliver to deliver an entertaining collection of stand-up, sketch and singing.

What makes the show even more special is that Whacked has assembled a team of brilliant women to produce and promote the show.

“We are a largely female team, from the casting, PR, direction to performance. So, when we say ‘bitches’ we aren’t kidding,” says executive producer Taffia Keight.

“Sensitive people say that the term is derogatory. We feel that being a strong woman is not always a popular position but to make yourself heard in the world, sometimes you have to embrace the inner tiger rather than tame it.”

Of course, men are most welcome to watch the show.
