CPF on the lookout for reckless driver

A reckless driver is still at large after putting the lives of six CPF patrollers in danger.

The members of the Sector 4 CPF is on the lookout for a motorist who drove through an accident scene, allegedly endangered the lives of six of the CPF’s patrollers.

“The lives our patrollers allegedly were endangered while attending the fallen tree incident at Burger Box on 21 November,” says Renel Wagener.

The members stepped in to assist with traffic control after an accident had occurred.

A member managed to catch a glimpse of the white vehicle as the culprit raced past them. The vehicle had black stripes across the roof and a chequered design down the sides.

Anyone who spots this vehicle with registration number YNL 998 GP is requested to contact Wagener on 083 299 2579.

Charges of reckless driving have been laid at the police.
