Men caught for common robbery
The men robbed a man of his cellphone and R19 000 cash.
Two men will soon be making an appearance in the Krugersdorp Magistrates’ Court for common robbery.
Warrant Officer Hitler Ngwenya, a police spokesperson said it is alleged that a man was walking along Steyn Road in Muldersdrift when two men suddenly attacked him demanding money and his cellular phone.

“They assaulted him before fleeing the scene with cash amounting to R19 000 and his cellphone.”
Ngwenya said the Detectives at the Muldersdrift Police Station conducted an intensive investigation after receiving information from the public which led to the suspects being arrested yesterday 26 May.
The men were charged for common robbery.
