Parents and teachers of Monument Primary have a lot to be proud of with monumental achievements on the sport field.
Tthe pupils excelled on the athletics, hockey and rugby fields and on the netball court.
Athletic stars Tristan Botha and Odirile Mogwere represented the school at the D2 Championships.

Six of the school’s finest hockey players, Benjamin Moore, Odirile Mogwere, Thomas Pearce, Cameron le Forestier, Hilton Bailey and Liam de Gouveia were chosen for the Southern Gauteng provincial hockey team.
On the netball court, Keren Mapondo represented D2 at the Gauteng trials and was chosen for the Gauteng School Sport squad.
The rugby coaches Mothusi Shuping and Morne Vorster are extremely proud of Damien Engelbrecht, Odirile and Andile Mkhontwana who were selected for the Lions rugby team and Angelo Morelo who is representing the West rugby team.
