Club helps shape leaders
Krugersdorp residents can look forward to a more accessible English Toastmasters Club starting up soon.

One of the world’s most affordable and effective leadership and communication programmes soon will to be established on your doorstep.
Toastmasters International is a world leader in communication and leadership development. Their membership is 313 000 members strong. Members improve their speaking and leadership skills by attending one of the 14 650 clubs in 126 countries that make up their global network of meeting locations.
The world needs leaders. Leaders head families, coach teams, run businesses and mentor others. These leaders not only must accomplish, they must communicate.
By regularly giving speeches, gaining feedback, leading teams and guiding others to achieve their goals in a supportive atmosphere, leaders emerge from the Toastmasters programme. Every Toastmaster’s journey begins with a single speech. During their journey, they learn to tell their stories. They listen and answer. They plan and lead. They give feedback, and accept it. Through our community of learners, they find their path to leadership. Krugersdorp and Randfontein residents can look forward to a more accessible English Toastmasters Club starting up soon.
Up until now, the closest clubs have been the West Rand Toastmasters Club in Florida, Honeydew Toastmasters Club, Florida Bacon and Egg Toastmasters (Breakfast) Club, and more recently a West Rand first, the Krugersdorp Afrikaans Club. For information about the Krugersdorp club, contact Stephanie on 082 925 3294.
A demo meeting in the area is being planned and if you are interested in finding out more, contact Wayne Adams on 082 774 1615.
