Maragon Netball scores
Achievement is made up with hard work, dedication and sweat.
After a long netball season of hard work, determination and sweat leads this netball team to the regional championships.
Maragon Private Schools’ under 12A netball team participated in the Regional Championships earlier in June and walked away as the regional winners.
This achievement placed the team in fifth position of the Jomo Region, which is a new league started with various Johannesburg schools.
They have also qualified for and participated in the Gauteng School Sport Championships on 16 June which was hosted at Hoërskool Dr EG Jansen.
The coaches, David Maree and Merheza O’Brien are extremely proud of their team as they were ranked 12th place among the Gauteng schools.
David Maree said that he is very pleased with this group of girls, “We values the dedication and loyalty that these girls have shown It takes hard work, commitment and dedication to accomplish these results”.
