
A house breaking suspect is expected to make a brief appearance in the Krugersdorp Magistrates’ Court soon.
The 22-year-old suspect was arrested by Hekpoort police during the early hours of the morning in the Pinehaven area last Friday 26 June.
Constable Gloria Maswanganye, a police spokesperson said information led to his arrest.
“The suspect is alleged to have committed house breaking and theft at the Simakade Bush Retreat complex in Hekpoort in March this year,” she said.
Property to the value of around R44 100 was taken and he is being linked to another house breaking and theft case also in Hekpoort.
The police detectives searched the suspects’ house where suspected stolen property was found.
