R60 000’s worth of solar panels were recovered in Muldersdrift after it was stolen.

Detective Sergeant Manana and Constable Bambiso from Muldersdrift police along with members of the West Rand Flying Squad arrested four men who were in possession of the stolen property.

The men, who are aged between 30 and 42, were arrested thanks to “good communication between the public and police,” according to Muldersdrift Station Commander Lieutenant Colonel David Seabi.

According to Constable Rebecca Phithi, Magaliesburg police spokesperson, more and more residents are giving police tip-offs to help prevent crime.
